CALL to HOST the 2024 ASAPE Symposium
The Asian Society for Adapted Physical Education and Exercise (ASAPE) is now open calls to host the 2024 ASAPE Symposium.
The ASAPE Symposium is held every two years to provide participants with an opportunity to share their knowledge and experience in professional preparation, research, advocacy, and service delivery in the field of adapted physical activity. Symposium programs usually include an opening and closing ceremony, board meetings, research/video presentations, country reports, and practical workshops.
Please find the detailed information in attachment. Any organizations that wish to host ASAPE Symposium 2024 should fill out the form “Expression of Interest to Host ASAPE Symposium 2024” and submit it to ASAPE President Prof. Chunxiao Li (chunxiao.li@m.scnu.edu.cn) by 31 March 2023.

Besides, the organizing committee welcomes and is accepting late-break abstract submissions till June 15, 2022 (last chance for abstract submission).Please kindly help share this timeline with anyone around you who may have missed the previous round of submission.(June 8, 2022)
In response to the unstable pandemic situation, ASAPE 2022 Hong Kong is now changed to the online format. There are updates on the extension of abstract submission deadline, reduced registration fee, and conference program. Do come join us! (March 7. 2022)
Abstract Submission is open between Dec 1, 2021 and Mar 1, 2022. The OC will re-evaluate the circumstance in early March 2022 and see whether we will adopt a virtual format at that time.
